Marsha L.L.Wiederkehr (pictured right) has been working at the Zurich-based dating agency freieherzen.ch since the end of May. She supports Managing Director Kathrin Grüneis as an assistant, but also carries out her own tasks. As the former head of an IT department, Marsha L.L.Wiederkehr may be a career changer, but she has the necessary potential – and above all empathy, openness and a lot of heart. The new employee is highly motivated: “What I find particularly exciting about my new challenge is finding people who belong together.” The boss is also delighted: “I’ve found the ideal person in Marsha. She has a good feel for people and is reliable. That’s the most important thing in our job.”
